For the last 16 years at Trandie Marina Resorts – located in Batang Duri, Temburong, we have conducted over 200 high quality & high impact teambuilding and training events. We are one of the very first training centers to be set up in the whole of Brunei, and our experience shows. In addition, our belief is that experience is the only teacher, and so our training and teambuilding courses involve experiential, immersive, enjoyable and safe activities in a challenging, team-centric setting.

We offer a range of time-tested, outdoor activities that aim to bring out the full potential of our participants. Areas of highly valuable potential include communication, leadership, teamwork, creative thinking, phobia conquering and problem solving, to name a few.

We also understand that each of our clients have their own specific intentions and conditions of satisfaction in undergoing our training courses and as such, we will always tailor our programmes to fit our client’s individual needs. In addition, we have access to highly talented consultants and trainers in various fields (including assessments, individual and job profiling, team building, life coaching and outdoor activities) that we will employ to deliver high quality results for each session.

Safety is the first priority and promise for us to deliver, and we regularly audit (internally and externally) our training and teambuilding structures before and after each complete session. Any structure that is deemed unsafe or unsatisfactory is improved within one week or less of said audit.
